All orders are shipped directly from our European logistics centers, ensuring fast and reliable delivery to Germany and Austria.
3. How long does delivery take?
Orders are typically delivered within 2–4 business days.

4. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free express shipping on all orders to Germany and Austria — no minimum purchase required.
5. How can I track my order?

We offer free return shipping on all eligible returns.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

We’ll provide you with a prepaid return label and instructions for sending your item back.
10. Do you offer exchanges?
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to replace a product, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
11. Are your products genuine?
Yes. We only sell authentic GPS devices from trusted brands.
All products come with the original manufacturer’s warranty and verified authenticity.
